The Jefferson County Commission is pleased to announce that the Jefferson County Open Data Portal has gone live for public use on 11/19/2018.

Our IT - GIS (Geographic Information System) team has diligently worked for the last several months in collaboration with ESRI in developing this Portal.  

The Open Data Portal aims to make Jefferson County Government transparent and accountable.  Opening government data increases citizen participation in government, creates opportunities for economic development, and helps both the public and private sectors in their decision making processes.  By making these datasets available to the public, we hope to continue to promote business creation and innovative, citizen-centric services.
