Birmingham, AL (January 29, 2019) –Jefferson County Offices will resume normal business hours on Wednesday,January 30. This includes Cooper Green Mercy Health Services that will open urgent care at 7 a.m. and clinics at 8 a.m. Courts are a state office and anyone with questions on court appearances should contact them directly for assistance.
