Welcome to the Jefferson County Human Resources Department. Our team is responsible for matching the right candidates to the right job. We are also responsible for Jefferson County benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, personnel actions, learning and organizational development, compliance with relevant employment laws and guidelines, policy administration, and equity and inclusion programs.
