Important Notice | New Mandate for 1095-C Distribution

Please be advised of a new mandate regarding the distribution of IRS Form 1095-C, which provides important information about your health coverage for the previous tax year.

Effective for the 2024 reporting year, employers are no longer required to distribute Form 1095-C to all full-time employees, instead these forms will only be provided upon request and the employer will provide a copy 30 days after the date of the request.

This change aligns with updated regulatory requirements and aims to streamline the process for timely and efficient access to your tax documents. Current employees may log-in to the UKG Ready system to download and print a copy of their 1095-C. Former and current employees can request a paper copy of their 2024 1095-C, please send your request to hris@jccal.org or call 205-325-5249.
